WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND AGREEMENT
This document records the Investor's voluntary withdrawal, the Company's commitment to return 100% of the principal actually paid, and the termination of all investment benefits.
1. PARTIES
This agreement (the "Withdrawal Agreement") is made between Gov Bidder LLC, located at 30 Union St, Suite 97, Elizabeth, NJ 07202 (the "Company"); and:

2. VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL
The Investor voluntarily withdraws from the GovBidder Club investment program and requests termination of the original investment agreement identified below:

The Investor will not be required to make any additional monthly payments after the effective date of this Withdrawal Agreement.
3. FULL REFUND COMMITMENT
The Company agrees to return one hundred percent (100%) of all principal actually paid by the Investor, without penalties, fees, charges, deductions, or reduction for any benefits previously used.

The refund will be issued no later than thirty (30) calendar days after both Parties sign this Withdrawal Agreement and the Company verifies the total amount paid and the payment instructions.
The refund does not include the fixed twenty-five percent (25%) return, interest, profits, or any other additional payment because the original 24-payment condition was not completed.
4. TERMINATION OF BENEFITS
Upon signing this Withdrawal Agreement, all benefits connected to the investment program end immediately, including GovBidder Legacy Membership, GovBidder Alliance access, Bid Supports, CRM/platform access, discounts, bid alerts, job-exchange opportunities, promotional pricing, and any right to the 25% return or future investment benefits.
5. FINAL SETTLEMENT UPON PAYMENT
After the Investor receives the full refund as cleared funds, the original investment agreement will be considered fully terminated. The Investor will have no further right to payments, returns, benefits, ownership, voting rights, profits, assets, or future participation under that agreement.
The Investor's release of claims becomes effective only after the full refund has been received. This does not prevent either Party from enforcing this Withdrawal Agreement.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
This Withdrawal Agreement is governed by the laws of New Jersey. Electronic signatures and electronic copies are accepted as originals. The confidentiality obligations contained in the original agreement remain in effect.
